Strength and Conditioning

Every week at Iffley Road Sports Centre, our captains put us through our paces at our weekly strength and conditioning session.

This is a great session to really focus on improving our energy systems, strength and mobility. The ultimate goal is to reduce injury risk and accelerate our progress in our gymnastics sessions thanks to improved general fitness. The music is pumped up and sessions are varied each week with circuits, complexes, partner work and yoga just to list a few examples of what we get up to.

Iffley is a short walk or cycle from most Oxford colleges in the city centre. You might like to come along to this session to meet our captains and some of the OUGym family before trying out one of our gymnastics sessions
